Hi Nico,

take a look to number 51 and 52.
https://volkswagen.7zap.com/en/rdw/typ+ ... 130-24010/
The connector union is fixed by around 20-25Nm I don‘t know the exactly torque. You will find it in your manual.

Good efficiency :sun

51+52 is NOT correct. (thats is a copper seal for the pressure valve)
-------------

put the long screew 88/1 out of you pump and watch if you have a o-ring part 88/5 810 on the screw or not
https://www.t3-infos.de/udo/Motor/esp/espjx_oben.jpg

black o-ring (watch the red arrows)

i don't know the bosch number of the ring. maybe anyone here has the correct bosch number for you?
- i guess every bosch service will have it (it's part of the bosch ve/ve4 sealing kit but you will also gut it seperately for some cents)
- i guess you also can go to obi, hornbach and co to buy an o-ring in the correct size

----------
perhaps you mark the position of the nut with a needle(or a screwdriver).
turn out the nut by 1/6 revolution. than screw the long screw out and count its revolutions till its out (while keeping the nut in its position)
->after changing the o-ring just screw the screw in and count revolutions agian and fix the nut the last 1/6 revolution
so you will have old adjustment of the screw after replacing the o-ring.
