VW T3 what do you think about this?

Hi everyone. We are searching for a T3 and feel a bit lost.
I found this one and am wondering what people think about it? There are three small rust spots which need to be repaired in order to get the old timer license. Do you think this one is overpriced? How much money do you think we’ll need to put into it?
